REFCON NIDHI LIMITED

We've been here at Sukumara Sadanam in Pallichal for a bit now. It is a quiet spot, house number XIV/219 if you are looking for the exact door. Most days it is just us handling the paperwork and talking to whoever drops by from the neighborhood. We started Refcon Nidhi Limited because there was a need for something local. It isn't a big fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular office where we sit and get things done. Some mornings are busy with people asking questions, and other times it is just the sound of the fan. We try to keep things straightforward. No one likes complicated forms, so we do our bit to make it easier for the folks around Mele Kottara. If you walk past the main road, you'll see us there. The building has been around for a while. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. It’s a small team here. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. Just some desks, chairs, and a lot of registers to fill out. Sometimes the tea arrives late, but the work moves along anyway. We are mostly focused on the daily tasks and making sure the records are right. It’s just how things are run in a place like this. Not much else to say really, we just keep the doors open and do the job every day.
