Ramco, Qatar

We've been here in Doha for a good while now. Our spot is listed at P.O. Box 4341, and that’s where most of the paperwork goes. Qatar has changed a lot since we started, but we just keep doing what we do. It’s not always easy with the weather being what it is, but the crew stays busy. We handle various bits of business around the city. Sometimes things get hectic, especially during the big construction pushes everyone sees around here. We aren't a massive corporate machine, just a group of people working out of our office. You won't find a lot of fancy talk here. If someone needs something, they usually just call or send a letter to the P.O. Box. We try to get things done right the first time so we don't have to go back and fix it later. It’s simple work really. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on various sites. Doha is a small place in some ways, so you end up knowing a lot of the same faces over the years. We’ve stayed in the same general area because it works for us. There isn’t much to say about our history other than we stayed open and kept working through the years. We have some desks, a few trucks, and people who know the local way of doing things. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell. We just take it day by day and try to keep things moving.
