Rajakumari Super Market

Our supermarket is right in the Rajkumari Building here in Trivandrum. It’s a big space and we’ve been here for quite a while, so a lot of local families come to us for their weekly shopping. We stock a bit of everything, from fresh vegetables and fruits to all the household cleaners and snacks you might need. It’s a busy place, especially on weekends when everyone has time to come out. The aisles can get a bit narrow when we are restocking, and there is always someone asking where the salt or the sugar is kept. We try to keep things organized, but with so many items, it’s a constant battle. Our staff are mostly local people who know the neighborhood well. We don't go in for big sales gimmicks or loud music. It’s just a place to get your shopping done and go home. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming since we first opened in the Rajkumari Building. It’s nice to see the same faces every week. We just try to keep the prices fair and the shelves full. Sometimes the deliveries are late, and we have to apologize to people, but that’s just part of running a shop. It’s a straightforward business and we just work hard to keep it running smoothly. We just like seeing the same people coming back to the building for their bread and milk.
