We are based at Rani Bhavan in the Vilabhagom area of Varkala. It’s right here in the Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala. We are into construction and building stuff for local people. Our office is basically just a room in the house where we keep all the files and tools and maps. We don’t have a fancy corporate building or a big reception area with a secretary. Most of the time, we are out at the construction sites anyway, checking on the progress. Varkala is a nice place to work, even if the hills and the heat make the building work a bit tricky sometimes. We’ve been doing this for a good number of years now. It’s just us, working with local materials and trying to get the jobs done. We don't have any big slogans or "about us" pages usually. We just tell people where we are and what we do. If someone needs a wall built or a new house started, they usually just come to Rani Bhavan and talk to us. We keep it pretty straightforward. No sales pitches or promotional language, just real talk about the work. The weather here can be a bit much during the rainy season, but we manage to stay on schedule most of the time. It’s a simple business run by people who live right here in the neighborhood. We focus on getting the concrete poured and the bricks laid without any fuss.
