Our office is located in Kulamuttom, near Moongode in Varkala. Riju N.N. is the one in charge, and we operate out of Nazeer Vilasam. It’s a beautiful part of Kerala, though we spend more time looking at blueprints and cement than the scenery. We do construction work all around the Thiruvananthapuram area. It's a lot of site visits and dealing with the local workers and suppliers. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of employees. We keep it local and focus on the projects right here in the TVM district. You can reach us at the Yahoo email address if you need to, but mostly we are out on the field and not at the computer. The work is hard and it gets very hot in the afternoons, but we’ve been at it for a while now. We don't bother with those polished advertisements or marketing talk. We just build things and hope the houses stay strong for the families. Our address is right there in the P.O. area of Kulamuttom. Sometimes the heavy rain slows us down, especially during the monsoon months, but that’s just part of life in Kerala. We just keep the construction business going one day at a time. It’s just Riju and the team trying to make things work and get the buildings finished. We’ve got our roots here and don't plan on changing how we do things or moving anywhere else soon.
