Puthuveetil Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is located at 15/28 on Venchavode Road, right in Pangapara Village. It is a bit of a trek from the main city center, but we like the quiet atmosphere of the village. We handle a variety of business activities here, mostly focused on small-scale projects and local trade. It has a family-run sort of feel, even with the private limited name on the door. The office is part of an older building that has been in the area for a long time. We don't have a receptionist or a big glass entrance like the offices downtown. Usually, you will just find one of us at a desk handling accounts or talking to a supplier on the phone. Venchavode Road is a familiar path for us, and we have seen the neighborhood grow slowly over the years we have been here. We started this venture because we wanted to do something for ourselves in our own locality. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment at all. We take our time to get things right and talk to our clients like regular people. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here in the village, so we have to be patient with our emails. We have a small garden area outside where we take our lunch breaks. It is a simple life at 15/28. We just focus on our daily tasks and making sure the business stays steady for everyone involved.
