Poovara Granites Llp

If you head out towards Thamarassery in Kozhikode, you’ll find us at Poovara Granites. We are based in the Pottakalathil building, specifically at No. 9/393-E. Working with stone like granite is heavy work and it gets quite dusty around the yard. Most of our days are spent checking the slabs and making sure everything is measured right. It’s a lot of lifting and moving stuff around. Thamarassery is a nice area, though it gets busy with trucks passing through. We aren't a huge corporation; it’s just a local operation here. We have people coming in looking for stuff for their houses or projects. It’s mostly just us chatting with customers and showing them what we have in stock. Sometimes we don't have exactly what someone wants, so we have to see if we can get it. The building we are in is easy to spot once you get close. We've been doing this for a while now. It’s hard work, especially when the rain starts and everything gets muddy. We try to keep things organized, but in a granite yard, things can get a bit messy. It’s just how it is. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk. We just focus on the stone and getting it where it needs to go. It’s a job for people who need things built. There is no magic to it, just keeping the inventory moving.
