Pooja Travel Consultant is located in the Nirmal Building on Theatre Road in Pettah. Our office number is Tc 30/885. We’ve been working as travel consultants here in Thiruvananthapuram for a good while. It’s not a big fancy agency. It’s just a place where you can sit down and get some help with your travel plans. Whether it’s booking a flight or figuring out where to stay, we just try to make it a bit easier for people. Theatre Road is usually buzzing with activity, which we like. It keeps us feeling connected to what's going on in the city. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything like that. We just come into the office, open the mail, and start helping whoever calls or stops by. We’ve lived and worked in this area for years, so we know a lot of the people who live nearby. It’s nice to have regular customers who come back to us every time they have a trip to plan. We don't do a lot of formal advertising. Most people just know where we are. We keep things simple and honest. If a trip is going to be expensive or difficult, we just say so. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. We just want to give people practical advice they can actually use for their journeys. We usually keep some cold water in the fridge for anyone who walks in out of the heat.
