Our office is located right in Seeveli Nagar, over in the Pettah area of Trivandrum. It’s a busy little corner of the city. The building is T.C 29/617, and it's where we handle the housing finance side of things. Most people come in to talk about loans or sort out their paperwork for a new home. It’s not a huge, gleaming skyscraper or anything, just a functional space where we sit at our desks and work through the files. The Trivandrum heat can be something else, but we have a steady flow of people coming in and out of the Pettah post office nearby, so it always feels lively. We are Pnb Housing Finance Ltd, and while the name is big, our local team here is just regular people from the neighborhood. We don't use fancy jargon when we talk to folks. It’s better to just explain how the numbers work in plain English. Sometimes the computers are slow, or the rain makes it hard to get through the door, but we’re here every day. We’ve seen a lot of families come through these doors hoping to get their houses sorted. It’s a lot of paper shuffling and checking boxes. We just try to keep things moving so people can get on with their lives. It’s a straightforward job in a straightforward office.
