We are located in Trivandrum, right near the Super Market in the Pattom area. It’s a convenient spot because everyone knows where the post office and the market are. Our place is easy to spot once you get to that neighborhood. We’ve been operating here for a while. The street is usually full of people doing their daily shopping. We get a lot of foot traffic from folks heading to the market. Inside, it's a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes. We have our supplies piled up in the corners. It’s not a fancy place, just a working office and shop area. We do a variety of things here. Most of the time, we are busy answering questions or moving boxes around. The weather in Trivandrum can be a bit humid, so we keep the windows open when there’s a breeze. There's a small tea shop just a few doors down where we usually get our mid-morning snack. We don't have a big corporate team. It's just a handful of us making sure everything runs okay. We like being in Pattom because it feels like the heart of the city. You don't need a map to find us if you're a local. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The sign outside is a bit weathered from the rain, but it’s still there. That’s just how things are with a local business like ours.
