We are based in the Ruwi area of Muscat, with our mailing address at Po Box 2117. Ruwi is the main commercial hub here, so it’s always buzzing with activity and people from everywhere. We deal with steel, mostly supplying it for different projects around the city and beyond. Our yard is where most of the action happens, with trucks coming in and out carrying rebar and beams. It’s a hot and dusty environment, especially during the summer months when the sun is really intense. The office is a simple place where we keep track of the inventory and handle the billing. We aren't big on decorations; we just have what we need to get the job done. The guys working in the yard have been with us for years and they know their steel grades by heart. We get a lot of regulars who just need a few pieces for a small job, and we also handle some larger orders. It’s all about getting the right material to the right place on time. Communication can be a bit slow sometimes when the phones are busy, but we try our best. Ruwi has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over the years. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out over some dates and coffee. We just keep doing what we do.
