This one is at Usha Bhavan in Kattayikonam. It's a bit quieter than the middle of Trivandrum city. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while. It feels more like a home than a regular office which makes it comfortable for the guys working here. People from Chanthavila know where we are. We don't have big neon signs or anything like that. Just the name on the gate. Most of the work involves managing sites around the district and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. If you’re coming from the main road, you have to look out for the post office nearby. The weather here in Kerala can be a bit much during the monsoon, so we spend a lot of time just keeping things dry and moving. We usually have some coffee going in the back room. It’s a small team, mostly local people who know the area well. We don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. It’s more about getting the job done and going home to our families. Kattayikonam is a nice place to work because it’s not as loud as the city center. We just stay busy with our daily tasks and try to stay organized with all the paperwork that comes through Usha Bhavan. It can be a lot of back and forth with the site managers, but we handle it. We just keep our heads down and work. Most days are pretty simple here in the district. We keep our files ready for whenever someone comes by to check on a project.
