Nsm Merchants India Nidhi Limited is based out of Jyothi Nagar in Kesavadasapuram. We are at House No. Tc 3/1862, which is also known as Cherumangalathu House. This is in the Pattom Po area of Thiruvananthapuram, with the pincode 695004. Our office is actually part of a house, which makes it feel very personal and local. It’s not like those cold offices in big skyscrapers. Here, you can hear the birds and the sounds of the neighborhood. We sit at our desks and handle the Nidhi business every day. There is a lot of paperwork because that is just how this business works. We keep everything in folders and try to stay on top of the regulations. People from Jyothi Nagar often stop by. We are familiar with the streets around Pattom. It’s a busy part of Thiruvananthapuram but our little corner is relatively peaceful. We don’t put on any acts or use marketing slogans. We just tell people what is what. We have a small team and we all pitch in with everything. Sometimes we have to move boxes of old records around to make space. It’s just the way it is. We appreciate having a stable place to work from. Cherumangalathu House is a good spot for us. It has character. We spend our hours here making sure the accounts are correct and the members are looked after in a simple, direct way. It is a long day sometimes but we don't mind the work. We just keep our heads down and do the numbers.
