We are Nilamel Grameen Nidhi Limited, and our office is at Panayilveed in Kannancode. It’s a local setup, very much part of the village life here. We don't have a big fancy office building with elevators; it's more of a traditional place that feels right for the neighborhood. People in Kannancode know the family and the house well. We focus on helping our members save their hard-earned money and get small loans when they need them for things like fixing a roof or starting a small shop. It’s all about the group helping each other out. We handle all the paperwork ourselves, making sure every rupee is accounted for. Sometimes we're busy with people coming in to pay their dues, and other times it’s a bit quieter and we just catch up on the filing and books. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. We just keep things simple for everyone. If you live around here, you know where Panayilveed is. We’re just working there, keeping the records straight and making sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. It’s not a complicated operation, just a necessary one for the folks in Nilamel and Kannancode. We like being part of the local community and seeing our neighbors manage their savings.
