Nikunjam Constructions

You can find us at Nikunjam Constructions over in Trivandrum, specifically at Sree Bhavan in Kamukinkuzhi. We are right near the Industrial Estate P.O., which is a pretty active area to be in. The office is a bit of an old-school place, not like those modern glass towers you see in the city center. We’ve got a lot of history in this building, and it shows in the way the furniture is worn down and the walls are covered in project photos. Working near the Industrial Estate means there is always noise from trucks and people moving things, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We show up, check the mail, have some local tea, and then get into the thick of the construction details. There’s always a pile of paperwork to get through, but we prefer being out at the sites when we can. The air here usually smells a bit like rain or dust depending on the season. We don't really do much in the way of fancy talk or polished presentations. We just explain things as they are to whoever walks through the door. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing, which makes things easier. We’ve been part of this Trivandrum community for a long time, and we plan on staying right here at Sree Bhavan for the foreseeable future.
