Neo Speciality Clinic

We run the Neo Speciality Clinic out in Varkala, which is part of the Trivandrum district. It’s a pretty well-known area because of the coast, but we are more focused on the local side of things here. The clinic is set up to handle specific types of medical cases that people in Varkala might need. We have a few rooms and the necessary medical tools to do our jobs. It’s a simple place, not really designed to impress anyone, just to be functional for the patients. We see a lot of people from the surrounding parts of Trivandrum too. Working in Varkala means we get a mix of locals and sometimes people passing through. We spend our days managing the schedule and seeing whoever has an appointment. It’s a quiet enough place most of the time, which is nice for a clinic. We don’t use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people; we just explain what’s going on. The staff is mostly local people who know the area well. We’ve been here for some time now and have become a regular part of the neighborhood. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us in the clinic, doing the work and making sure the doors stay open for the people who need us. It is a practical, everyday kind of medical office for the community here. There is nothing fancy about it, just medicine.
