We chose this spot because it’s easy for us to get around the city from here. We aren't some massive construction firm with a glass building. We are more of a local operation. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and talking to contractors. Our office is basically just a few rooms filled with papers and rolls of blueprints. It’s a bit cluttered, to be honest, but we know where everything is. We have a small team of engineers and some help for the paperwork. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us from someone else. We just try to get the projects done without too much fuss. Sometimes things get delayed because of rain or materials not showing up, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on sites. We like being in this part of town. It feels like home. We aren't out to change the world, just to build things that stay up and do their job. It's enough for us.
