We've been at the Mbr Building for a while now. It's on the first floor at Pulimoodu Junction. People stop by when they're near the junction for other errands. It gets really busy around here with all the traffic. We handle travel stuff like tickets, mostly. Sometimes it's a bit loud with the noise outside coming through the windows. We keep our paperwork organized in old metal cabinets. Usually, there's one or two of us at the desks. We've seen a lot of changes in Thiruvananthapuram over the years. The 695001 area is very central to everything. We just do our work and try to help people get where they're going. It's not a fancy office, just some chairs and desks and some old maps on the walls. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up when we need it most. We know most of the regulars who come in. Pulimoodu is a good spot for a business like this because everyone passes through eventually. If you walk up the stairs, we're right there. We don't have a giant neon sign or anything. It's just National Travel Services. We open early most days. Sometimes we stay late if a booking is particularly tricky. That's just how it goes in this business. People come in looking for flights or trains. We look things up on the computer and tell them the price. It’s pretty straightforward work. We've had this spot for years. The building is older but it works for us. We like the neighborhood. It feels like the heart of the city.
