Mullavanam Nidhi Limited

Mullavanam Nidhi Limited is over in Peroor, near the TKMC P.O. Our building number is 11/59. It’s not a very large building, just a simple structure where we have our office space. We have been here for some time now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We open up, check the files, and wait for people to come by. The area around Peroor is quite nice, with some local shops nearby where we get our snacks. Inside the office, things are kept fairly basic. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and shelves for all the documents we have to keep. It gets a bit warm in the summer, so we keep the windows open, though that lets in the dust from the road. The staff here are all local people, so we talk about the news and the weather while we work. It’s a very normal office environment without any of that corporate stuff. We don't have any flashy posters on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a clock that is a few minutes fast. People know where to find us in Peroor. It is a steady place to work, and we like being part of the community here. There is always someone walking by the building, so it never feels lonely.
