M/S Elemec'S India Construction Consortium

We’ve been set up here at Tc-27/1998-2 in the Chirakulam area of Trivandrum for a good stretch of time now. If you’ve ever walked around this part of Kerala, you know it gets quite humid, especially during the monsoon months. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a solid building where we keep all the construction paperwork and blueprints. We call ourselves a consortium because it’s a group of us handling various bits of the building work across the region. Most days start early with a lot of phone calls to the sites. We usually have the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through, though the street noise from Chirakulam can get a bit much by noon. We’ve got a small kettle in the corner for tea, and there’s always a stack of site reports on the main table. It’s a bit messy, to be honest, but we know where everything is. Being in Trivandrum means we're close to a lot of the action, which helps when we need to move equipment or meet with the crews. It's a practical way to run things. We don't spend much on fancy furniture or decorations because most of our time is spent out in the field anyway. We just need a reliable base to come back to in the evenings to sort out the payroll and the next day's schedule. The address is easy to find if you're familiar with the neighborhood. It works for us.
