We are based in Trivandrum, right in the Kuravankonam area. Our office is located in a building called Yasmin, and the official address is TC 4/1256-41. We deal with medical supplies and the distribution of various health products. It is a very busy part of town, so there is almost always a lot of traffic and people moving about outside. We have a small warehouse area where we keep all the stock. Most of our daily work involves taking phone orders and getting them ready to be delivered to local pharmacies or the hospitals around Thiruvananthapuram. It is not a retail shop where you would walk in to buy a single band-aid, it is more of a back-end logistics business. The team here is quite small. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking through piles of invoices. The office isn't decorated much; it is mostly just metal shelves and wooden desks. We have been operating from this Kuravankonam spot for a good number of years. We don't have a big website or a dedicated marketing person to handle things. People in the industry know us through our work. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the cardboard boxes, but we try to keep it organized enough so we can find what we need quickly. It is a practical, everyday job for us. We just make sure the medical goods get where they are supposed to go.
