We are located at Annas Arcade, right at the Spencer Junction in Palayam. It is a very central spot in Thiruvananthapuram, so it is easy to get to. Door number 225 is where you will find our small office. It is not a huge space, but we make it work for what we do. Most of our days are spent dealing with local residents and shopkeepers who need to put some money aside or maybe take a small loan for their own business. We are definitely not a big corporation with fancy lobbies. We are just a group of people working in a busy part of the city. The traffic at the junction can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, but once you get inside, it is a little quieter. We handle the documents, count the cash, and keep things moving along. We do not have any fancy mission statements or marketing teams writing things for us. We just open the doors every morning and do our best for the people who trust us with their money. It is honest work and we enjoy it. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of tea in the office, but the work always gets done. We have been in this building for quite a while now, and we know most of the other shop owners in the arcade. It is nice being a part of the Palayam community. People often drop in just to say hello or ask a quick question. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed and friendly.
