Manivilayil Construction

Our office is located at Kk Vilas in Kalanjoor, which is in the Pathanamthitta district of Kerala. It’s a nice area with a lot of greenery around us. We focus on construction projects nearby, mostly helping people build their homes or fixing up older structures. The business is run by our family, and we’ve lived in this part of Kerala for a long time. The office is really just a room in the house where we keep our plans and talk to the workers. Most of our day is spent outside at the actual building sites rather than sitting behind a desk. We use local materials when we can and work with guys from the village. It’s a slow and steady kind of life here. We don't have a website or do any big marketing; people usually just walk up to the house or call us because they saw a house we built down the road. Sometimes the rain slows us down, especially during the monsoon months, but we just manage the schedule as best as we can. We like being a local name that people can trust for their small building jobs. It is hard work, but seeing a house finally finished is a good feeling for everyone involved. We just keep things simple and honest.
