You can find Mahadev Associates over at 487 in Chengalloor, which is part of the Poojapura area. It’s a quiet enough part of town, which we really like. Our office is just a room in a building where we keep all our files and a couple of extra chairs for whoever drops in to chat. We aren't some high-end firm with suits and ties. Usually, we’re just wearing regular clothes and drinking tea while we look over the latest listings we've found. People in Poojapura know us because we’ve been around for a long time now. We don't do much advertising. Mostly, it’s neighbors telling neighbors to come see us if they need to rent a house or sell some land they own. We know the history of most of the houses on this side of town. It’s a lot of work staying updated, but it’s what we do. We try to keep things easy for people. Real estate can be a big headache with all the documents and legal stuff, so we just help out where we can. We don't make big promises we can't keep. If we can't find exactly what you want, we’ll tell you straight. It’s a small team here, just a few of us who know the area well. We like the pace of things in Chengalloor.
