Our office is tucked away in Kurumala. It is a quiet area compared to the city center, which we like. We have been operating from here for a good while now. It is just a standard office setup with some desks and computers. We deal with various local projects and planning. Most of our day is spent looking at maps or typing up reports. It is not the kind of place with a lot of flash. We don't have big signs outside or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know the way. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet in the office, especially in the afternoons. We have a small kitchen where we make tea. It is a simple routine. We show up in the morning, do the work that needs doing, and head home. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything. We are just a few people trying to get things right. The commute to Kurumala can be a bit long for some of us, but the air is better here. We have some regular people we work with in the local government and other businesses. It is all very low-key. We don't spend money on brochures or big events. We just focus on the projects on our desks. It’s been this way for years and we don’t see it changing much. We just keep our heads down and do the work as best as we can.
