This hospital is located at Hll Bhavan on Mahilamandiram Road in the Poojappura area. We’ve been operating out of this building for quite some time. It’s a well-known spot in the neighborhood, so most locals don't have any trouble finding us. We focus on a few specific areas of healthcare rather than trying to do every single thing. The building has several floors, and we’ve laid it out so that the different wards are separate from the main consultation areas. It gets quite busy in the mornings when the new patients arrive and the doctors start their rounds. We try to keep things moving smoothly at the registration counter, but there’s always a bit of a queue during peak hours. The staff here are mostly local people who have been in the healthcare field for a while. We have our own way of doing things, which might seem a bit old-fashioned to some, but it works for the patients we see every day.
