L&T Ecc

You can find us at Sreelayam, B-21, right on S.S. Kovil Road in the Jawahar Nagar area of Kowdiar. It’s a nice part of Thiruvananthapuram, actually. We’ve been set up here in Kerala for a while, working under the L&T Ecc name. The office is in a residential-feeling neighborhood, which makes the morning commute a bit more pleasant than being stuck in the middle of a heavy commercial district. It's a standard house-turned-office setup. We have different rooms for different tasks. One room might be full of blueprints while another is just for the computer work and making phone calls to vendors. We don't really have a big reception desk or anything formal like that. If you come in, someone will just look up from their desk and say hello. We are a small team and we all know each other's business. We deal with various project needs that come through this part of the state. The weather here can be quite damp, so we spend a lot of time making sure our records stay dry and safe. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. Most people who need us already know where we are. We just try to keep things running smoothly without making too much noise. It’s a steady pace of work. We handle the paperwork, talk to the contractors, and make sure the day-to-day requirements are met. It’s simple, honest work in a good part of town.
