We are situated very close to the Holy Cross Convent, which is a place most people in this part of Thiruvananthapuram can point you toward. Our business is called Kumar & Associates Construction Companies, and we have been at this for quite a while. Plamootukada is a busy little area, and being right on the Main Road means there is never a dull moment outside our windows. The office itself is nothing special to look at. It’s just a room with some desks, chairs, and a lot of thick folders filled with site reports and building permits. We spend a good chunk of our time out on the construction sites themselves, so the office is mostly for the boring paperwork and meeting with people who have questions about their own builds. It gets a little dusty with all the traffic passing by, but that doesn't bother us much. We aren't the kind of people who use complicated language or try to impress anyone with glossy brochures. If someone needs a wall built or a foundation poured, we just talk about the best way to do it and what the cost will be.
