Our office is over at Silver Oaks in Kowdiar. It is a nice area, tucked away near the Golf Club in Thiruvananthapuram. We have been involved in property stuff around Kerala for a long time now. The building is quiet, which is a nice change from the busier parts of the city. We spend our days talking to people about homes and land. Sometimes it is busy with meetings, and other times it is just us catching up on paperwork. Being near the Golf Club means the surroundings are quite green and pleasant to walk around during lunch. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of offices. We are just a small group of people who know the local real estate market pretty well. We have seen how the city has expanded over the years. People stop by Silver Oaks to ask about new projects or just to see what is available in the neighborhood. We don't use high-pressure tactics because that is not our style. We just show what we have and let people decide. The office has a few desks and lots of files. It is a bit old-fashioned in some ways, but it works for us. We like the pace of life here in Kowdiar. It is professional but relaxed at the same time. If the weather is good, you can see people out on the course nearby while we work. It is a solid place to be based.
