Nettayam is a quiet part of Trivandrum, and that is where Praseetha is located. Our address is V.P. 4/527. It is down in Kerala, so we deal with a lot of rain and green scenery all around us. The PIN code is 695013. We are a construction firm, but we operate out of this local spot rather than some big office block in the city center. It feels a lot more personal being here. The building, Praseetha, is just a regular structure where we keep our files and meet to talk about our projects. Trivandrum is a busy city, but Nettayam feels a bit more relaxed. We have been working in this area for a while, so we know the local landscape pretty well. South India has its own way of doing things, and we follow that rhythm. The staff here is local, and we speak the language and know the neighbors. We don't have any polished speeches or mission statements posted on the walls. It is just a place where we figure out how to build things and make sure the materials arrive on time. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes the roads difficult, but we just keep going. It is honest work and a simple office. We like being in this part of town, away from the main noise of the capital. It is where we feel most comfortable. People just know us as the local construction guys who get the job done.
