KILIMANOOR RURAL NIDHI LIMITED

Kilimanoor Rural Nidhi Limited is based out of a few rooms, numbered 6/424/B, C, and D, in the Panappamkunnu area of Malackal. We are located in Madavoor, right near Pallickal. It’s a rural setting, so things are a bit slower here than in the big cities. The office is surrounded by a lot of greenery, and you can usually hear the birds outside when it’s not raining too hard. We help the local villagers with their savings and small loans. Most of the people who come through our door are farmers or small shop owners from the nearby areas. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning, just a couple of wall fans that keep the air moving. Our desks are covered in ledgers and various forms that need filling out. It’s the kind of place where you can sit down and have a real conversation. We don't rush anyone. Sometimes we spend more time talking about the weather or the local crops than we do about the actual paperwork. We take our work seriously, though, because we know how hard everyone here works for their money. The office feels like a part of the village life. When we close up for the day, we usually see our neighbors heading back from the fields. It’s a simple life, and we are happy to be a part of this community in Pallickal and Madavoor.
