Kerala Travel Interserve

We are located in the Yaathrika building on Sasthamangalam Road. If you know the Vellayambalam area, you know it’s a fairly active part of Thiruvananthapuram. Kerala Travel Interserve has been running out of this office for a good while. It’s a straightforward setup. We have our desks, the phones are usually ringing, and there’s always some paperwork to catch up on. We like being on Sasthamangalam Road because it's easy for people to stop by. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, with new shops opening up, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few of us who know the ropes. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to different people and trying to coordinate things. It’s not always easy, especially when things get busy, but we stick to it. We don’t go in for all that polished business talk you hear nowadays. We just speak plain English and tell people what’s possible. The office gets a lot of natural light in the mornings, which is nice. We usually have the radio playing low in the background while we work. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. Most of the people who use our services are locals or people who heard about us from a friend. That's fine by us and it keeps things simple. We just do the work and go home.
