We are over here in Kallara, specifically at Binu Bhavan Maruthamon. Most people know the area well enough. It’s not a big office with glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs where we handle the paperwork every day. Being in Thiruvananthapuram, things can get busy, but we keep it pretty quiet here in our corner. We started this because local folks needed a spot nearby to deal with money matters without traveling too far into the city. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, or the rain makes the road a little muddy, but we're always at the desk by the start of the morning. It’s a simple setup. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first name. There’s no big corporate board telling us what to do every single second. We just look at the ledgers and help out where it makes sense for the community. The address is 1/229/E, and we’ve been here for a bit now. If you're coming from the main part of town, it's easy enough to find our building. We don't have a lot of fancy signs, just the one out front to let people know they are in the right place. It gets the job done for us. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors about their small savings. It isn't complicated work, but it matters to the families around here.
