K G Interiors and Decors

You’ll find K G Interiors and Decors out at the 16th Milestone in Thonnakkal. We are right near Orma Marble, which most people in Thiruvananthapuram know. Being a bit away from the main city center gives us a bit more room to breathe and work. We started this because we liked working with wood and fabric. Now, we spend our days designing and fitting out rooms for all sorts of houses. It’s a lot of back and forth, picking out the right tiles or the right shade of paint. Sometimes we spend hours just talking about where the light switches should go. It sounds small, but it matters when you're living there. Our workshop is usually buzzing with the sound of saws or people moving furniture around. We’re a practical bunch. We don't use fancy software to show you things that aren't possible. We just draw it out and explain how it’ll be built. Thiruvananthapuram has its own style, and we try to respect that while adding some modern touches where they fit. We've been here long enough that the local tea shop knows our order by heart. We like being a local business. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a group of us trying to do a good job. If we make a mistake, we fix it. That's the only way to stay in business around here. It’s honest work and we enjoy seeing a project finally come together.
