Jubilee Memorial Hospital

Jubilee Memorial Hospital has been sitting here in Palayam on Meads Lane for a very long time. It’s one of those places that people just know about without having to look at a map. We are right in the middle of everything, but being on the lane keeps the worst of the traffic noise away. The building is solid and has that old-fashioned feel to it. We don't have those bright neon lights or a lot of glass. It’s mostly stone and concrete. We see all kinds of people every day. Some are just here for a quick shot or some tablets, and others stay for a few days to get better. The staff here is pretty steady; people don't leave once they start working with us. We have a small canteen that serves basic food for the families who are waiting. It isn't anything special, but it’s warm and cheap. We try to keep the wait times down, but sometimes a lot of people arrive at once and things get slow. That is just how it goes in a hospital. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to take fancy photos. We just open up in the morning and do our jobs the best we can. It’s a practical place for people in Palayam who need a doctor. We've been through a lot of changes, but we're still here.
