We are based over in Karyavattom, specifically at Juvide, T.C. 3/197 as part of Ivrcl Infrastructures & Project Ltd. Trivandrum has a certain pace to it, and we fit right in. The office is where we gather to plan out the infrastructure projects we have going on in this part of Kerala. It’s a green area, which is nice, though the humidity can be a lot some days. We aren't a corporate giant with glass walls; it’s more of a functional space where the engineers and supervisors meet up to talk. Most of the time, the office is half-empty because everyone is out at the actual project sites checking on the concrete or the excavators. We handle a lot of logistics from here. If you come by, you’ll probably see a lot of maps and technical drawings spread out on the big table in the back. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us. We don't do much advertising or marketing. The work we do on the roads or buildings usually speaks for itself. It’s a lot of early mornings and late finishes when a deadline is coming up. Sometimes we have to deal with the heavy rains that Kerala is famous for, which stops the work, but we pick it back up as soon as the sun comes out. We just try to stay organized and get the projects finished without any unnecessary drama. It’s a straightforward way of working, focusing on the blueprints and the daily targets we need to hit to keep everything moving.
