International Tourists Home is over on Govt Press Road at No. Tc-26/1618. We are positioned right opposite the Corporation Bank, which makes it easier for people to find us since the bank sign is quite large. This part of Thiruvananthapuram has a bit of an older feel to it compared to the newer developments. The road can get quite crowded with people heading to the press or the government offices nearby. Our building is a typical tourist home, nothing too extravagant, just clean and functional. We have been here for a long time and the walls probably have some stories to tell if they could talk. We see a lot of different people coming through the doors, some just for a night and others for longer. The neighborhood has everything you might need, from small eateries to shops that sell basically everything. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place running and talking to the people who stop by. It’s a simple life here on Govt Press Road. It can be noisy during the day with all the traffic and the bank customers, but things usually quiet down a bit once the sun sets. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us who keep an eye on things and make sure the place is open when it needs to be. That is pretty much all there is to it.
