Our place is the International Institute For Ayurveda And Natural Healing, located at Tc-1/1853/3 near the Medical College. Being so close to the big hospital means there are always people around, but our focus is a bit different. We work with natural ways of helping the body get back to where it should be. The building is a bit tucked away, which is nice because it gives us some breathing room from the traffic. We have people coming in from different places to learn about how we do things. It isn't a flashy school with high-tech gadgets. We use our hands and what we know about nature. Some days are spent teaching, and other days are spent helping people who feel a bit run down. We don't use big words to explain things. We just show you what works and what doesn't. The rooms are filled with the scent of oils and dried plants, which is a lot better than the chemical smell of most offices. It’s a bit of a climb sometimes to get everything organized, but we’ve got a good routine down now. We aren't trying to change the world overnight, just trying to help the people who come to see us at the Medical College location. It’s steady work, and it’s what we’ve been doing for a long time now. We like the quiet rhythm of the days here in this building.
