Indira Antharjanam I N

Indira Antharjanam I N is based over in the Bmt Wing in Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram. It’s an interesting part of the city, and the building we are in has its own rhythm. Working in the Bmt Wing means things are usually quite structured, but it still feels like a local office. There isn't much in the way of fancy decor here; it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and piles of folders that need to be sorted. The day starts with a cup of tea and looking over what needs to be done. We deal with a lot of specific tasks that require a bit of focus and patience. The neighborhood around Poojappura is quite busy, but inside the wing, it stays relatively calm. We don't spend money on big ads or trying to look like a corporate giant. It is just me and the work that needs to get finished. Sometimes visitors come in looking for directions or with questions about the wing, and we help them out as best as we can. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing during the humid months here in Kerala. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do what we are supposed to do, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far in this little corner of the city.
