It’s a nice area, quite green compared to some of our other locations. The office is basically a house that we’ve converted to fit our needs. It feels a lot more personal than a standard office block. We handle the local operations for Hindustan Construction Company Ltd from here. Because it’s a house, there’s a bit of a homey feel, even though we are surrounded by project files and site equipment. The yard is kept simple, and we have a few spots to park the bikes. Most of our work involves coordinating with sites across the state, so the phones are always ringing. We don't have a big corporate sign out front, just the address and the work we do. It’s a quiet neighborhood mostly, which helps when we have to get through the heavy paperwork. The humidity here in Trivandrum is something you just live with.
