Highness Air Travels

If you’re walking around Peroorkkada, you’ll find us near Maharaja Jewellery. It’s a familiar part of Thiruvananthapuram for most of the locals. Highness Air Travels isn't a big flashy place. We mostly spend our time looking at flight schedules and trying to make sense of all the different rates that change every five minutes. It’s a lot of sitting at a desk and typing on old keyboards. Thiruvananthapuram is a big city, but our corner feels more like a community. We see the same faces often. Some people come in just to ask a quick question about a passport or a flight to the Gulf. We do our best to answer them. The shop isn't always perfectly tidy, especially on Mondays when everything seems to happen at once. We’ve got some posters on the wall that have been there for years. It’s just how we work here. We don't use any of those big corporate scripts when we talk to people. It’s just normal conversation. If you need a ticket, we look it up. If there’s a delay, we tell you. Being near the jewellery shop makes it easy for people to give directions to their friends. "Just look for Highness Air Travels," they say. It’s nice being part of the daily life in 695005. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure people get their travel plans sorted without too much trouble.
