Hadi Charitable Foundation

We started this foundation because we wanted to have a place where we could help out our own community. The office is nothing special, just a room where we keep our records and meet people. We spend a lot of time out and about in Malappuram, so the office isn't always full, but someone is usually around. We don't have a lot of big donors or fancy brochures. Most people hear about us from their friends or family. It’s a very personal way of doing things. We handle the paperwork, take the calls, and try to be useful where we can. Some days it feels like we are just putting out small fires, but that’s the nature of charity work in a small town. We don't use any big words or complicated systems. It’s just about being there when someone needs a hand. The weather can be hot here, but the office stays cool enough for us to get through the afternoon. We’ve been in Kavanur for a long time and we don't plan on going anywhere else. It’s our home and our work is right here. We just keep things simple and keep moving. It is just the way we have always worked.
