Habitat Technology Group

We are down in Kerala, specifically in Thiruvananthapuram. Our office is on the second floor of the Ramya K.R. Raaj building. The address is TC No 25/85 on Gandhari Ammencoil Road. Habitat Technology Group is the name we use. We are a group of people who focus on building tech and architecture. It is a quiet office for the most part, unless we are arguing over a design or a budget. We do not have a shiny corporate headquarters. Our furniture is a bit old and the computers are always humming. We do not believe in fancy marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We are just a local team that knows how to put things together. Gandhari Ammencoil Road is a busy street, but once you get up to the second floor, it is a decent place to work. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and drawing out plans for different spots around the state. We do not have a receptionist. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our desk and talk to you. We do not have any polished speeches about our vision. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on are solid and do what they are supposed to do. It is a straightforward way of doing business that seems to work for us.
