Green Apple Homes

You can find us over in Nemam, right near the Corporation Zonal Office. We are quite close to Ideal Home Appliances, which is usually the easiest landmark to tell people when they are looking for Green Apple Homes. Our office isn't particularly big, but we have enough space for the drafting tables and a few chairs for visitors. The area stays busy throughout the day because of the zonal office, so there is always a bit of activity outside the window. We started out here because it seemed like a practical spot in this part of Thiruvananthapuram. The walls are covered in pinned-up sketches and some old calendars that we forgot to take down months ago. It’s a working space first and foremost. We spend a lot of time going back and forth on site details and checking drawings. There’s usually a pot of tea going or at least some empty cups sitting around the desks. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew that comes in every hour, so there’s often a bit of dust on the material samples. Most of the time, we are just focusing on the work at hand and trying to keep the current projects moving along. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but it isn't too bad once you get used to it. We like the neighborhood even though it gets quite humid in the afternoons. It’s just a normal place where we come to do our jobs.
