We've been based here in Palayam for a while now, specifically on the ground floor of the New Corporation Building. It’s a busy spot in Thiruvananthapuram, and we see people coming in every day looking to figure out their travel plans with Great India Tours Company Pvt Ltd. Usually, it's just about getting from one place to another without too much hassle. We handle the paperwork and the bookings that come with going on a trip. It isn't always fancy work, but it keeps us busy. Most of our days are spent on the phone or checking schedules on the computer to see what's available for the dates people want. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones don't stop ringing, but that’s just how it goes in a travel office. We know the local area well since we’re right in the heart of things here. If you are walking around near the corporation building, you’ve probably passed our door. We try to keep things straightforward. People just want to know how much a ticket costs or how long a journey takes, and we give them the answers. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There’s always coffee in the back and a lot of maps scattered around the desks. We don't do anything flashy, just the basic work of putting a tour together. It's just what we do every day. We’re usually here until late most evenings.
