Great India Estates

We’ve been here at Nandanam in Mannamkonam for a while now. Most people around Kulathummal know where we are, right near the Kattakada post office area. It’s a quiet part of Trivandrum, really. The building isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Sometimes the rains in Kerala make the commute a bit of a mess, but we manage. We handle things related to estates around here. People just walk in sometimes to ask questions about land or houses. It gets quite humid in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running high. The address says 695572, so if you're looking for us, that's the pin code. We have a few desks and some old files. It feels like a normal local spot. We don't have a big flashing sign or anything like that. Just the name on the front. We know the neighbors pretty well. It's nice being tucked away in this part of town instead of the busy city center. Most of the time, we are just sitting here sorting through papers and talking to folks who stop by. The roads around here are okay, though they get a bit narrow once you turn off the main path. I guess it's just us doing our bit in this corner of Kerala. We like the pace here. It’s steady and quiet for the most part.
