Graphix Island

We are based up on the 14th floor of the Nila building inside the Technopark campus. Being in Trivandrum means we get some really good views from this high up, though honestly, we are usually too busy staring at our computer monitors to notice the scenery. Graphix Island is basically just a large room full of machines and people trying to get their designs to look exactly right. It is often quiet in the early mornings until everyone gets their second cup of tea. We have sketches pinned up on the walls and stacks of old hard drives starting to pile up on the corners of the desks. It is a creative space, which usually means it is a bit cluttered and disorganized. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area for visitors. If you come by to see us, you will probably just see us working away at our desks. We have been in the Nila building for a good while now. The elevators can be very slow during the lunch hour, so we have learned to plan our breaks around the rush. We handle all sorts of visual tasks, from simple layout work to things that are a bit more complicated. There is not a lot of corporate fluff or big talk around here. We just take the ideas that people give us and try to turn them into something that looks decent. Most of us have been doing this for a long time, so we have seen it all.
