We are based in Mudakkal, which is a village area in Thiruvananthapuram. Our office is at Kalluvettamkuzhy Thottathil Veedu, care of Noushad J. It is a very local setup, right in the house area. We are a Nidhi company, which means we work mainly with the people in our immediate neighborhood. Being in a place like Mudakkal, we know almost everyone who walks through the door. We do not have a high-rise office or a big glass storefront. It is just a practical space where we can handle the savings and small loans for the folks nearby. Thiruvananthapuram is a big district, but out here in Mudakkal, things are a bit slower and more personal. We spend our time talking to people about their financial goals, whether it is for a new business or just for an emergency fund. We try to make everything as simple as possible. No one here wants to read long contracts with tiny print. We just tell it like it is. Most of our members are our neighbors and friends. We see them at the market or the local temple and mosque. It is a business built on being part of the community. We just keep doing our work every day, making sure the records are clean and the members are taken care of. It is just a small, honest operation that we run here.
