Grace Travels Neyyattinkara

Our business, Grace Travels, is located at a house called Sangeerthanum in the Thozhukkal area of Neyyattinkara. We are very close to the electricity sub station, which is a big help when we have to give people directions. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood for the most part. The office is really just a part of the building where we’ve set up our equipment and files. We handle all sorts of travel requests, but we mostly deal with locals who need to get to other parts of Thiruvananthapuram or beyond. It’s a very casual environment here. You’ll usually find a few of us sitting around discussing the latest bus schedules or checking on bookings. We don’t have any big corporate rules or fancy uniforms. We just wear our everyday clothes and talk to people like they’re our neighbors, because most of them are. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the road nearby, but we try to keep it tidy enough for visitors. We’ve been in Neyyattinkara for a long time and we know most of the people who walk past our door. It’s a humble setup, but we manage to get things done. We don't use any flashy language to get customers. People just know we are here and they come in when they need something. That’s how it’s always been for us.
