We have been based here in 695009 for quite some time now. Being in Kerala, we get a lot of rain, which sometimes slows things down, but we just keep going. The office is a regular house-style setup, nothing like those glass buildings you see in the tech parks. We prefer it this way. It feels more like a community. We handle things related to traffic and such, so there is always a lot to keep track of. It’s a lot of logistics and planning. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and we have to spend all day just sorting through it. It’s not glamorous work, but it is important to us. We’ve got a small team. We all know each other well. We don't use big fancy titles or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk about what needs to be finished and then we do it. Thiruvananthapuram is a good place to be. It has a lot of history and we feel like we are a small part of the local furniture now. If you’re ever near Manacaud, you might see our sign. It’s been there a while and it’s a bit faded, but it still does the job. Anyway, that is the gist of it here. We just try to stay busy.
